Frank has been building in Los Angeles since 2001 - more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience - and founded econstruct in 2011. His field experience is part of the partners' 639 combined projects, built on a primarily commercial foundation before 2011 and a residential focus since econstruct was formed.
Frank's hands-on approach means he's personally involved in every project from pre-construction planning through final walkthrough. His deep relationships with the city's best subcontractors, architects, and inspectors ensure every econstruct project runs on time, on budget, and above expectations.
Why We Were Founded
Built to Fix What Was Broken
Frank Neimroozi founded econstruct in 2011 as a direct response to the failures he watched play out across the Los Angeles construction industry — irresponsible project management, inadequate planning, and a near-total absence of honest communication between contractors and clients.
The company was built from the ground up on three principles that remain non-negotiable today: transparency, accuracy, and reliability. Every process, every conversation, and every deliverable is designed around keeping clients fully informed and projects on track.
Over the years, Frank assembled a vetted network of Los Angeles' top architects, engineers, permit expeditors, subcontractors, and vendors — relationships built on mutual accountability and a shared standard of craft. This network is one of econstruct's most significant competitive advantages and cannot be replicated overnight.
