econstruct planned the full demolition and reconstruction sequence before breaking ground — removing walls in the right order to protect the structural envelope while opening the floor plan as dramatically as the owners wanted.
Smart home technology and integrated AV were specified at the design phase so all rough-in work could be completed during framing.
